Refund policy
For the safety and satisfaction of our customers, all sales are considered final. We ensure that every item is carefully sealed and sterilized before shipping, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns on used products.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will ask for a picture of the product you wish to return along with the reason for the return. This helps us maintain quality and ensure other customers receive products in perfect condition.
Return Deadline and Damaged Shipments
An order number is required, and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Damaged Shipments policy.
Return Process and Shipping Responsibility
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Machine Return Policy
All machine sales are final due to potential cross-contamination concerns. Machines from our partner manufacturers, come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Repairs Policy for more information on warranty coverage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
