    17. CANCELLATION POLICY

    Customers may cancel their order if it has not been fulfilled yet. After that, they will need to coordinate cancellation with the delivery person. Once the item is returned to us and the payment was made via cash on delivery, no further action is required. If the payment was made by card, a refund will be processed and should appear in the original account within 5 to 10 business days.
